I have been attending Sarah’s pilates classes for over 6 years now and have found them so beneficial to my strength and posture. Having a desk job means I am prone to slouching and rounded shoulders. Sarah has taught me about being mindful of how I am sitting and where my feet should be, as well as improving my core strength. I carried on with pilates through both my pregnancies and not only found it to help with carrying two children but also avoiding any back ache I may have experienced!
The classes are great for all levels of experience and although Sarah will push your capabilities, she will never make you do something you can’t do. I encourage everyone to come and try a course of classes and see how beneficial it can be for you.
