Terms & Conditions:

Group classes are scheduled and purchased on a “term” basis. You book a particular class eg Monday 9-10am for the entire term.  We do not offer refunds or discounts for missed sessions within a term.

To keep your regular place you need to book and pay in full for that term regardless of whether you will attend all, some or none of the sessions.  Places cannot be held without the full fee being paid.

We do offer a swapboard which allows you an opportunity to make up missed sessions within the same term.  These are subject to availability and making up a missed session is not guaranteed.  Missed sessions cannot be carried over to future terms or exchanged for private sessions.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice to use the swapboard to offer a session.

Making up a class can be arranged in advance eg if term runs 4 Jan to 14 Feb and you are away the last week of term you can offer your swaps and complete your make ups in January.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to manage their makeups within the same term. If you are not able to arrange all make ups classes before the end of the term, regardless of the reason, they will expire. A unused makeup class has no monetary value.

Private Lessons:  All private lessons must be cancelled with 24 hours notice otherwise they are charged in full.
