Essential
An introduction to the pilates method, teaching the fundamental principles including alignment, breathing and centering. Teaches basic movements and provides a strong base to progress to other classes. Suitable for those completely new to the technique or for those with injuries
Also suitable for those with an understanding of the pilates technique ie for people who have completed a beginner course or who have done Pilates in the past. The exercises will provide a greater challenge whilst building core strength.
Progressive
Designed for participants who have good core stability and understanding of the technique. The exercises progress and flow to offer an increased challenge as the repertoire increases.
Back Care Pilates
This class is aimed at sufferers of low back pain and focuses on strengthening the core muscles together with segmental control of the spine.
