I have suffered from back problems for decades – several episodes a year requiring physio. I have now done pilates for a few years and unless I am particularly silly ( in home, garden, or sport), they are now much rarer events. Don’t expect a quick fix – but even after a few months you will feel the body is stronger and more toned. Back is more protected because you automatically use different muscles you never knew you had!
Even after a few years I am never bored because the lessons are so well planned and varied.
