“I started going to Sarah’s pilates classes a few years ago when I experienced low back pain and I haven’t looked back. I do believe that regular pilates has helped my back pain. Sarah is an excellent pilates teacher and I would highly recommend her classes. She is very experienced and explains clearly how to do the exercises correctly and how to get the most out of them. She is also very knowledeable, so she is able to make adaptions if you have an injury/pain. She keeps herself up to date with ongoing training and brings new ideas to the classes. Her classes are varied and interesting and we often focus on a different theme each week, and she encourages you to go at your own pace. Sarah is very friendly and approachable and her classes are always relaxed, enjoyable and good fun. “
